ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Please note this return policy does not apply to anti-projection masks, due to the nature of the item, they cannot be returned and restocked. We wish to keep everyone safe and healthy, and hope you understand our decision.
We are happy to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your on-line order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Please contact us before you return the item at email@example.com. We will provide you with return instructions. All orders must be shipped back insured and with a request for signature for your own protection. Upon return we will contact you with exchange information or a refund. Shipping and handling and processing fees are not included in refund amounts. Items purchased on markdown are considered FINAL SALE, not eligible for return or exchange.
Allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are processed from FRANCE, All shipments within the EU are sent via LA POSTE, using collissimo or similar service.
WE CAN ONLY PROVIDE ESTIMATED SHIPPING DELAYS AND ARE NOT IN CONTROL OF LENGTH OF DELIVERY TIME ONCE IT LEAVES THE STUDIO. WE DEEPLY APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, WE STRIVE TO OFFER FREE OR COST EFFECTIVE SHIPPING COSTS, AND PROVIDE TRACKING WITH EVERY ORDER, BUT CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS AFFECTING DELIVERIES WORLDWIDE.
International shipments will be sent via LA POSTE unless other arrangements are made prior to shipping. Shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery. LES FLANEUSES is not responsible for payment of this duty.
We are not responsible for uninsured items lost in the mail. Please write us to request insurance if desired.
